Reviews and Ratings
The Berri hotel is situated on the riverfront, offering beautiful views and easy access to the river and information center for pleasant walks. The rooms, although clean, are in need of an update and may be smaller than expected, but they come with quality towels and a river view. The dining experience was good overall, except for some confusion with the buffet. The location stands out for its proximity to the river, comfortable beds, and scenic RiverView rooms.
I was really excited about staying at this hotel because of its lovely breakfast and comfortable bed in the room. However, the maintenance of the rooms definitely needs some work, even though the bed was comfy. The air conditioner didn't work well, and upgrading to a pricier room just made it hotter.
The hotel was perfect for a budget stay, offering clean and spacious rooms with ensuite shower facilities. The service was excellent, with convenient amenities such as room service and laundry service available. The location was superb, right by the beautiful Murray River, and the dining experience was satisfying, catering to various preferences at a good value. However, the facilities could be more diverse to enhance the overall guest experience.
